2014 Ashland Grizzlies Photo Slideshow

December 08, 2014  •  Leave a Comment

I created the slideshow for the football awards banquet again this year. It seems to bring a lot of smiles to the players, which makes me happy to do it. I'm a bit sad my son's high school football days are over. It was a joy to watch him play.

It must have to due with the compression of the image, or maybe just because it gets you that much closer. (I know you have to be careful pointing that monster lens at the sun, but it had some interesting results once the sun went down.)

One of my favorite images from the trip was an iPhone shot of a spider's web. Not because of its worthiness as a photo, but due to it causing me to think deeper about life, and the journey we are on. Sometimes it the little things... and a photograph can cause you to ponder a moment longer than normal. Some of the images from the trip.
